As you rest comfortably on provided mats, you are invited on a meditative journey with sacred singing and healing instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, healing chimes, frame drum, native flute, and the melodic hand pan create layered waves of sound that wash over you. These vibrations support the nervous system, quiet the mind, settle emotions, soften the body, and invite a state of deep presence and peace.
