Bydd y digwyddiad hwn y rhoi cyfle i’r bobl hynny sy’n defnyddio ac yn darparu gofal cymdeithasol i ganfod a rhoi cynnig ar dechnoleg ddigidol allai eu helpu i fyw eu bywydau’n llawn. Nid yw hyn o reidrwydd yn golygu’r dechnoleg ddiweddaraf sydd ar flaen y gad (er, mae yna le i chi yma hefyd!); gall fod yn ddyfeisiau bob dydd sy’n cael eu defnyddio mewn ffyrdd creadigol i helpu pobl fyw’n dda.

North Wales Digital Social Care Show Case 2025

This event will give people who use and provide social care an opportunity to discover and try out digital technology that can help them live their lives to the full. This doesn’t need to be the latest cutting-edge technology (although there’s a place for you here too), it can be everyday devices used in creative ways to help people live well.
