Design. Fabricate. Weld.

A one-day introduction to the world of welding open to rising 9th through 12th graders.

Students will receive an introduction to the world of welding, emphasizing gas metal arc welding (MIG) and plasma cutting. This one-day camp includes learning a new skill while having fun at the same time. Students will see how to safely turn molten metal into unique creations, including a project they can take home with them. Now, let’s get to melting some metal!

Students will be responsible for their lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. Please bring a refillable water bottle with a lid each day.

Dress Code: Students must wear long pants; shirt/ top with sleeves; and closed-toe/ heel shoes (like tennis shoes) no flip flops or sandals.
