Archive Remix: Erio-Ethio Travelling Sounds is a multidisclipinary live arts evening of Eritrean and Ethiopian cultures both old and new, with a pop-up exhibition, a collaborative performance from renowned London-based artist of Ethiopian heritage LULA.XYZ and Edinburgh-based band Gnawa Trance Fusion, along with traditional coffee ceremony, Eritrean-Ethiopian food and beats powered by DJ Dynamite.
Saturday September 6th 2025. 3pm - 8pm, Boghall Parish Church. Tickets are £10 via Eventbrite.
The event celebrates the Boghall community’s engagement with a historic archive of Eritrean and Ethiopian musical recordings held at the National Museum of Scotland.
