Archetype Slay Pop Up Class: Yoga + Boxing

At Archetype Yoga, we invite our community to take a journey in movement and innovate with new styles of practice. Join our first ever 🥊 Archetype Slay Pop Up Class 🥊 to infuse yoga with the athleticism and empowerment of boxing.

🥊 Your instructor will guide you through a warm up, strength building sequences, stamina infused sparring, stretch and cool down.

🧘‍♀️ Plan to wear comfortable clothes, grip socks or barefoot. Yoga mats and gloves will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own.

📍Archetype Yoga is an airy loft space in the heart of the Playhouse Village offering daily yoga classes, private sessions, workshops, trainings and retreats. Come for the community, stay for the expert teachers.
