The Vulcan Victory Dance is not only one of the largest events of Winter Carnival, but also the Vulcan’s largest fundraiser of the year. The funds go to aid the Vulcans in bringing merriment and community outreach to the City of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota.The band this year is Arch Allies.
The dance follows the Torchlight Parade on January 31, 2026. Doors open at 7:30 pm, music starts at 8:00 pm & ends at 12:00 am. The dance is located at the Intercontinental Saint Paul Riverfront and is open to all ages.
