Arcadia to Bohemia - Art Historical Walking Tour of Stockbridge, Edinburgh

This art historical walking tour in the fashionable Stockbridge area of Edinburgh will take you through the streets and sights associated with some of Scotland's greatest artists, writers and thinkers. Among the richly detailed stories of hidden history, you will hear about the shepherd's son who designed an iconic masterpiece; the woman who created one of the greatest paintings and art scandals in Scotland's history; and what exactly an unassuming town house has to do with the search for the Holy Grail. The tour will last an hour and fifteen minutes over mostly level ground with some stone steps and gentle slopes.
