All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as required under the circumstances outlined below.

2. Specified Refunds
Refunds will be granted if:

• The event is canceled or not fully performed;
• The event is postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days of the original date;
• The event fails to deliver the main advertised experience;
• The event description materially differs from the actual event;
• Attendees cannot access the venue due to organizer error or safety concerns.

3. Request Instructions
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. Requests will receive a first response within five (5) business days.

4. Compliance
This policy complies with all applicable laws and Eventbrite requirements. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
