Arboretum Sunset Yoga

Experience level: All levels

Cultivate connection with your body, mind, and nature at Arboretum Sunset Yoga on Mondays, March 30, April 13, May 11, July 6 or August 3 from 7-8 p.m. in the at the ()*.

Kristina Reese will lead an all-levels class integrating yoga poses, breath work, and meditation.

$15/person**. Registration will close one day before each class or when capacity is reached. All sales are final.

*Limited parking spots are available in the lot near the Noel Welcome Garden and along South Lincoln Avenue. Additional parking is available in the lot south of the Japan House. Parking is free after 5 p.m. and on weekends.

**Students should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel and are encouraged to dress in layers. A limited number of mats will be available.

About the instructor

Kristina Reese (E-RYT500, YACEP) is a yogi, meditator, motivator, and creator. She has been teaching yoga for more than a decade. She believes yoga is for everyone and has a passion for meeting people where they are to find their sense of peace, strength, and purpose.

Kristina has worked with individuals of all types from cancer recovery to collegiate athletes, prenatal, pre-teen, working professionals, and beyond.
