Arancini Masterclass

A new and unforgettable culinary experience is coming to Noi Quattro Pizzeria: the Arancini Masterclass, an evening dedicated to the flavours, traditions, and storytelling of Sicily.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, the perfect start to an immersive and hands-on cooking session. Each guest will receive an apron to use during the masterclass and take home afterwards, along with all the ingredients needed to craft two different kinds of arancini under the guidance of the talented Rizzo brothers team.

Of course, no arancini experience would be complete without tasting one, so you’ll also be served a freshly made arancino to enjoy on the spot.

At the end of the class, you’ll take home the two arancini you’ve made, complete with recipes and detailed instructions so you can recreate them anytime.
