In Advanced AR15/M4 class we delve deeper into troubleshooting and diagnostics of the AR platform. Class will be a mix of lecture and hands on/range time.This class will address common and uncommon malfunctions that officers will encounter while on the range. Weapon, barrel, and gas port inspections will be covered in a hands on format prior to entering the range.
During the range portion of class the students will fire AR platform rifles with weapons set-up specifically to fail. Weapons will be numbered or color coded and students must accurately diagnose failures, document, and recommend repairs.
Cleaning and Maintenance will be covered, as well as proper armorer tool selection/recommendations

Safety glasses and hearing protection required.
