The first of two meetings (the second being Thursday 18th December) to discuss the possibility of our weekly Tuesday indoor craft market becoming self managing.. *The market would remain the AR market, and AR would continue to take the same weekly fee from the market as it does just now. The remaining profit which currently go es to the market manager would potentially go into a kitty.
*Possibility of an elected/agreed management team consisting of a cross section of regular stall holders, and AR management.
*Managing funds and profits. Treasurer.
*The market team would be responsible for opening & closing the Hall.. hall set up and tidy away at end of market, publicity, bookings, renewal of tables.
*Managing any internal issues where possible.
*Possibly regular meetings, especially to begin with.. to ensure things are running ok.
