About this Event

What is AR-FIT? It is adult group fitness training carefully designed to get you into great shape so you can take on the world! No two workouts are the same. So if you’re looking to decrease body fat, boost lean muscle mass, build greater functional strength, or enhance sports performance, you will want to join us at Trillium.

Each member who purchases a ticket for this event will also receive a DRINK TICKET at the door. This drink ticket is good for one beer to enjoy after our hour-long sweat session.
