We are delighted to offer, for the first time in Auckland, a workshop of Aqua Biodanza, guided by an experienced Biodanza didactician and trainer in this specialisation, within the framework of Biodanza New Zealand and IBFed (International Biodanza Federation).Aqua Biodanza is a gentle and powerful extension of Biodanza, practiced in warm water (around 36°C). Through music, movement and human connection, the aquatic environment invites deep relaxation, trust and surrender, supporting a profound sense of safety and wellbeing. The warm water holds the body softly, allowing the nervous system to settle and deeply held tensions to release. The experience is subtle, nurturing and renewing, working at a cellular level.
>What to expect
* An introduction before going into the pool. Followed by a guided Aqua Biodanza session in warm water.
* Music and movement, as in a regular Biodanza class, adapted to the aquatic environment
* A safe, respectful and caring group process
* Total duration: approximately 3 hours
