EVENT SIGN-IN TIME: 9:30am
(We all go in together at 10:00 am. After that, you may explore the Aquarium's many shows and exhibits at your leisure.)
We have tables reserved for lunch at 12:15. Bring your own or order from Cafe Scuba.
EVENT ENDING TIME: 6:00 pm (you decide how long to stay)
EVENT COST: $11.00 per person (self-guided)
EVENT LOCATION: 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802
EVENT PARKING COST: $8 with validation (Please pay at the Aquarium)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, February 12, 2026, or until full

EVENT DESCRIPTION:
We have a self-guided tour.
Home to more than 11,000 ocean animals, representing nearly 500 species, the Aquarium celebrates the planet’s largest and most diverse body of water: the Pacific Ocean.
The Aquarium of the Pacific is a world-class aquarium, exploring the waters of Southern California and Baja, the Northern Pacific, and the Tropical Pacific. In addition to the three main galleries highlighting the major regions of the Pacific, the Aquarium features exhibits outdoors, including Shark Lagoon, the Lorikeet Forest aviary, and Our Water Future. Our special exhibits gallery features changing exhibits, and visitors can learn more about veterinary care at the Molina Animal Care Center. Meet our colony of Magellanic Penguins in the June Keyes Penguin Habitat, and engage
with current science in the Ocean Science
Center featuring NOAA’s Science on a Sphere®.

The Event Listing may be "publicly" viewable; HOWEVER, the event is only for HOMESCHOOL students in the 12th grade and below. Parents/guardians must accompany all minors. Our events are NOT "Drop-off" events. Adults must sign-up with a student. We do not offer an "Adult Only" option for our Events.
