Aquaponics is the combination of recirculation AQUAculture and hydroPONICS where you grow plants and fish together in one integrated system.
This combination is quite new and its potential to grow high quality food in the home and around the world is tremendous.
It is the ideal answer to homegrown organic vegetables and fish, saving water and learning about nature's way of creating true synergistic sustainable futures in home food production.
There is an optional field trip available for an additional fee - the Tutor will provide details during the course.
This course runs for 3 weeks x 3 hours.
