Every Tuesday at 7.30pm WomenFIT offers pregnant women a fun filled & relaxing fitness class where you can build strength & connections through pregnancy and beyond.
🤰What to Expect:
✔️A endorphin fuelled workout with great music, motivation & energy. Followed by relaxation and a pause from the demands of pregnancy.
✔️Friendly & relaxed vibes tailored to be safe and effective for all stages of pregnancy.
✔️ Not a confident swimmer or non swimmer, no problem our classes cater for this.
✔️Build connections with other mums to be.
