AQUA: FLOW OF LIFE is a live, deeply immersive sonic meditation based on the flow of water. Combining traditional sound bath instruments with ambient soundscapes of water in nature, it is a restorative journey you'll want to return to again and again. Presented as a wellness sound therapy, AQUA is designed to help release tension and stress, opening the door to relaxation and peace.
Starting Friday, April 10th, bring your own mat and pillow to these special 11 AM sound immersions for rebalance and renewal in the intimate 800 sq. ft. ZEN GROTTO—featuring 30-foot ceilings for cavernous, sonic bliss!
