A specialized session for pregnant women and new mothers (from week 2 postpartum), focusing on safe, effective exercises for the pelvic floor and deep core muscles. Includes training guidelines and contraindications.

Afternoon Masterclasses
14:30 – 15:10 · Power Combos – Kostas Kavouras (25 m shallow pool)
Full-body aquafitness using dumbbells; upper and lower body training in sync.
15:15 – 15:50 · Fight 4 Fun – Alla Fomenko (25 m shallow pool).
Dynamic blend of boxing/martial-arts moves with cardio-strength intervals.
15:20 – 15:55 · Pre‑ and Postnatal Session – Dr. Daniela De Toia (therapy pool, max 10 participants)
Gentle aqua workout prioritizing breath, pelvic support, back health and fluid movement.
16:00 – 16:35 · Aqua Pilates – Dr. Daniela De Toia (therapy pool, max 10 participants)
Focused on posture, balance, flexibility and alignment through controlled aquatic movements.
16:00 – 16:40 · Deep Water Progressive – Kostas Kavouras (25 m deep pool)
Progressive deep-water workout to build endurance, strength, and core stability.
16:45 – 17:20 · Cardio Waves – Tatjana Gaidele (25 m deep pool)
High-intensity, wave-patterned exercises for cardiovascular health, toning, and posture improvement.
17:30 – 18:10 · HIIT & Flow – Kostas Kavouras (25 m shallow pool)
Interval-based, rhythmic bodyweight training that engages both body and mind.
Closing & Certificate Ceremony

Ilze Livincova & Tatjana Gaidele founded the Ilze & Tatjana Aqua Team in 2019, combining forces to deliver masterclasses and aquatic wellness events.
Ilze has been organizing aqua fitness events since 2014 and has been leading international masterclasses since at least 2011, including in Germany, Russia, Norway, and Latvia .
Together, they have built a fruitful partnership focused on elevating the aquatic fitness scene across Latvia—and beyond. Their convention attracts instructors not only from Latvia but also guests from Lithuania and Estonia, making it one of the best regional aqua fitness conventions in the Baltics.
