AQC's Queer Book Club

The Acadiana Queer Collective Book Club is a monthly gathering centered on queer stories, shared conversation, and community care. We created this book club to offer a consistent, sober-friendly space where LGBTQ+ folks and allies can connect outside of bars and one-off events, engage with meaningful literature, and build real relationships over time.
Each meeting is facilitated and welcoming, whether you’ve read every page, skimmed, or just want to listen and be in community, you belong here.
Attendance is free. Donations are always appreciated to help sustain the program, but never required. Your presence matters most. You can even come if you haven't read the book.
