Join the Aptitude Running Club!
Join us for the launch of the Aptitude Running Club.
Join us weekly on Saturdays at 8:15am at Aptitude Fitness for a guided trail run led by certified running coach Jessica Vandekraats.
All levels are welcome. Whether you are new to running or preparing for a race, this is a place to build consistency and train with support.
What to expect:
- Weekly guided runs starting and ending at Aptitude Fitness
- A 5K training plan for the Des Moines Women’s 5K
- Discounts on the Des Moines Women’s 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Half Marathon Relay
- Meet at Aptitude Fitness before the run. All routes will start and end at the gym.
