Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. (RNHS) has taken it’s HUD Pre-Purchase Workshop in person - Join us on Saturday, August 12 at 9:00 am PST!

If your thinking about HOMEOWNERSHIP in the Bay Area or in the process of purchasing a HOME - this workshop is for you!

RNHS is excited to partner up with you after the workshop to assist you with your homeownership GOALS.

Many community lenders and First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) programs require this class - be proactive, register and attend the information you need to navigate through the home buyer's process!

Participants are required to attend from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST with their survey to receive your HUD Education Certificate*
