Are you looking for community? Friendship? A common space to talk and feel HEARD? Join Living Loud for our monthly women’s empowerment meeting.
These gatherings are designed to be a safe, supportive space where women can slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Each month, we gather to lift one another higher: creating intentional space for women to breathe, heal, grow, and rise together. This is community as medicine, and empowerment as our rhythm. 🌟
Each month, we’ll meet from 6–8 PM, where Living Loud founder, Christy Monaghan, will guide meaningful conversations around topics that matter most to women today. Together, we’ll talk about things like mental and emotional wellness, navigating overwhelm, setting boundaries, self-worth, relationships, personal growth, and finding balance in the everyday chaos of life.
There will be space for reflection, open discussion, and practical tools you can take with you long after the night ends.
These meetings aren’t about having it all figured out — they’re about showing up exactly as you are. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, curious, hopeful, or simply craving connection, you belong here. All women are welcome, and we encourage you to bring a friend who could use this kind of community too.
