This month we are both honored and extremely grateful for Functional Concierge Pediatrician Dr. Brian Thornburg to agree to both host and present at our April monthly potluck and meeting. Plan to join us for this amazing opportunity to meet and hear from Dr. Thornburg as he shares his philosophical journey of birth to adulthood "What Are We Doing As Parents?", and learn about his recommendations to create optimal health for you and your family. Please plan to arrive at 1pm so we all have time to eat together before the presentation. Please bring a labeled healthy dish with serving utensils (PLEASE no refined sugars, flours or seed oils) but no potluck stress either lol - if you need some ideas, check out some of the WAPF recipes HERE , or just plan to bring some fresh fruit or veggies to share.
