Join us for a Snack and Learn Potluck with Lisa and Amy

This in-person event will be held in Berkeley Springs.Bring a healthy snack to share and ready to learn from Amy Houseknecht, Vibrational SoundTherapist ~Space4me2b and Lisa Hubbard , Herbalist~Roots & Relish. It's a perfect opportunity to enjoy a delicious snack while gaining valuable knowledge about health through stretching with bamboo stalks and creating delicious, refreshing mock-tails using the flowers/herbs of spring.

Herbal mixology with Lisa~ Join us as we head outside to learn and taste herbal teas, mocktails, and cocktails to keep you cool and hydrated. In addition, we'll use spring flowers to garnish our creations~.As well, she'll discuss seasonal planting tips with a seed swap! Bring your favorite seeds to share!

Spinal Alignment and mindful movements with Amy ~Grounding in nature, we'll use bamboo stalks to guide us into stretching postions and movement focused on spinal alignment.The combination of stretching using a bamboo stalk helps improve flexibility and increases range of motion. Participants will use breath, body, and mindfulness.

Directions to Event~

Your GPS should take you straight to the property. The property is on the left-hand side of Songbird Lane. The gate will be open, and there is a round black metal sign with 129 Songbird Lane on one of the stone pillars at the entrance, so you will know you are at the right place. Once you enter the gate, you will go straight on the road to park in the field and walk up to the pavilion where the event is located. Signs and people will be up to direct you!
