Uncommon Ramen is a monthly series at Uchibā, typically held on the first Monday, but this month moves to the second Monday. This edition features a special menu by Josh Garcia, inspired by bold Houston flavors and his grandmother’s Mexican cooking. Expect a rich oxtail ramen layered with corn miso spice bomb, charred cabbage, and roasted tomato, alongside a vibrant veggie ramen with roasted kabocha, greens, and that same craveable spice bomb.
