Join Jan and Melissa for a Sounbath journey with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and more.
Bring a yoga or padded mat (preferably) or zero gravity chair/chair, pillow, blanket and eye cover. (Anything you need to be completely comfortable)
Arrive 2:45 to settle in and be prepared for a 3:00pm start time. The door will be locked at 3!
