✨ The Sound Cocoon ✨The Sound Cocoon is a deeply immersive journey of sound, rest, and restoration.
You are gently suspended in a silk hammock—floating in weightlessness, cradled and supported—while layers of sacred sound weave around you. Crystal bowls, chimes, drums, voice, and other instruments create waves of vibration that cocoon your whole being, guiding you into profound states of relaxation and inner stillness.
For this April experience, the journey deepens even further.
I will be joined by Michael Manning, offering his powerful didgeridoo medicine—
bringing grounding, ancient resonance into the space.
The deep, earthy vibration of the didgeridoo moves through the body in a way that is both activating and calming…
working alongside the higher frequencies of the crystal bowls to create a full-spectrum sound journey.
In this space, the outside world falls away.
Your body softens, your mind quiets, and your nervous system resets.
Many describe the experience as being held in the womb—safe, comforted, and deeply nourished.
The Sound Cocoon is more than a sound bath—
it’s a sanctuary of resonance where vibration meets soul,

🌿 Session Details & What to Bring
✨ Arrival: Please arrive at 6:15pm. This allows time for smudging, grounding, and being warmly welcomed into the space. Each guest will then be personally guided and settled into their individual Sound Cocoon, so we can begin together at 6:30pm.
✨ What to Wear & Bring:
• Wear comfortable, warm, and snuggly clothing to fully relax
• Bring a blanket to keep cozy
• Eye covers are beautiful for deepening the journey
• Pillows are provided, so you can simply arrive, rest, and receive
This gentle preparation creates a sacred container, so you can truly surrender into the Sound Cocoon experience. 🌙
