Join us at the Villa Montezuma on April 27 for glorious music inspired by faith, crowned with George Frideric Handel's "La Resurrezione!"
Celebrate faith through music with our 3rd Cinballera Salon of 2026, Songs of Faith! Join us on the 4th Monday of the month, April 27, at 7 PM at the Villa Montezuma, 1925 K Street, San Diego.
Celebrate Eastertide with this program of inspiring classical sacred music, featuring the best of spirituals, oratorio excerpts, classical hymns, and prayerful opera moments.
We'll crown this glorious program with a performance of George Frideric Handel's obscure oratorio La Resurrezione. Before he penned his famous Messiah, Handel wrote this Italian gem inspired by the story of Christ.
In keeping with the Villa's gracious history, we encourage our guests to dress up for the evening! Gentlemen, dust off your favorite suit and tie, and ladies, here's a chance to wear that dress and hat you've been saving! For April, wear gold, white, and your Easter bonnet!
