My intention for this day is that it be an opportunity for you to be, to feel, to move, to breathe fully & to really nurture yourself away from the usual busyness & noise of life.We will enjoy a fairly dynamic yoga session during the morning & the afternoon will include a slower yin & restorative practice before we are joined by my beautiful friend Kay Rose from Grounded Sound who will treat us to a deeply relaxing sound bath.
There will be space within the day for you to just be, to opt in or out of our practises, to journal or to wander outside, whatever it is that you feel drawn to...a day just for you.
We will be fully catered on this day by Jane from the Roundhouse who is going to provide a nutritious & delicious two course vegetarian lunch. There will be teas & coffees available throughout the day & off course, there will be cake!

Due to the space available at this rather fabulous venue, spaces will be strictly limited.
