Following Easter weekend and Earth day join us in sacred connection with Mother Earth for an evening of grounding, gentle movement, Reiki energy, and sound healing.
The first half will be a yin yoga practice led by Natasha suitable for all and then you can zen out to a healing sound bath with Lara while experiencing reiki energy and tuning forks with Sue for deep repair 🫶🏼
Please bring a yoga mat and blankets/pillow, whatever you would like to melt into your mat during the sound journey.
