Celebrate the season with a menu that balances comfort and elegance, brought to life alongside a live cooking demonstration with Chef David. Lunch features tender chicken and mushroom crêpes in a silky béchamel, paired with grilled spring asparagus, and a classic strawberries Romanoff for a sweet finish.
Dinner unfolds with refined flavors, beginning with a delicate petrale sole roulade accented by caviar butter and chives. The centerpiece follows: bacon-wrapped filet mignon, richly filled with mushroom duxelles and finished in a cabernet sauce, served with fresh spring peas. A light pavlova with kiwi, strawberries, and raspberries offers a bright, airy ending.
