As always this will be an evening of connection, healing, and empowerment. This time, we come together to use the SUPER MOON to bring our deepest desires to life. We'll also take part in an ancient Cacao Ceremony ritual.

This new moon is said to be a time for manifesting abundance, stability, and personal growth. New moons are always a great time to plant seeds, and this time we'll go big.

A cacao ceremony isa spiritual ritual that involves drinking ceremonial cacao in a group setting. The ceremony is said to promote healing, connection, and self-exploration.

What to Expect:

• Arrive, socialize and settle in
• I'll invite you into some nervous system regulation exercises (breathing, visualization, etc.)
• We'll talk about and reflect on our topic
• We'll share - this is the best part
• We'll ground ourselves
• Bring a journal and wear something cozy
