What: A coffee networking opportunity for intentional connection and community

Who: Local women and gender diverse folks

Where: Hula, 50 Lakeside, Burlington VT- in Reef.

Coffee: Complimentary drip coffee is included with your ticket, generously provided by Brio. Specialty coffee drinks will also be available for purchase—Brio will open for us at 8:00am!

We meet monthly, and Hula and Network of Women Members receive complimentary access to all our coffee networking events.

Welcome to an intentionally designed morning of connection, conversation, and community hosted by Sarah O’Brien Hammond & Beth Kruger, co-leads of The Network of Women at Hula Lakeside.

This isn’t your typical networking event. Our monthly coffee gatherings are created to offer a warm, welcoming space where women and gender diverse folks can connect authentically, share ideas, and build relationships that feel genuine and supportive.

While our coffee meetups are a bit more casual and less structured than our luncheons, they are still rooted in intentional networking—giving you the chance to meet new people, deepen existing connections, and start your day with inspiration and possibility.

Whether you’re new to the community or a familiar face, you’ll walk away with fresh connections and meaningful conversations that extend far beyond the morning.

Info: Doors to Hula open at 8am --so after you park, come on in! Brio opens at 8am for our coffee, so some early if you want to grab a specialty coffee drink from Brio. (It can take a little bit to wait for your coffee!!)

Info: The first 15 mins we spend connecting and greeting our guests. You can grab a coffee or just come to our check-in table and check-in and grab a nametag. Spend some time chatting with everyone as they arrive.

Info: Welcome from Sarah and Beth, starting at 8:30am and a quick explanation about our guided networking exercise.

Info: One or Two simple exercises designed to get you chatting with lots of folks in the room. No long sitting and listening to pitches, we want you to create relationships!!

Info: Stay to finish up some conversations, or cross the room to meet someone you have not had a chance to yet. Set up a follow up coffee date or plan to meet at our networking lunch to deepen your connections.
