Our theme for April's meditation will be awakening your inner power.
Using a specific set of breathing techniques, we will allow our bodies to enter a deeper state of relaxation. We will then work around the solar plexus to activate and strengthen our self-worth, feelings and confidence.
We will finish our session by channelling energy healing.
Each person will be welcomed with a cup of cacao and receive a heated eye mask for the meditation.
Please bring a pillow and blanket for comfort.
