April Marietta Housing Forum

Welcome to the April Marietta Housing Forum!

Join us at First Presbyterian Church for a casual conversation on the development landscape in Marietta with Russell Smith.

We will have a conversation with Russell Smith, the Director of Development for Walton Communities.

Born and raised in Marietta, Russell is a graduate of Marietta High School and has a unique perspective of the history and evolution of the affordable housing world over the past 20+ years. He will guide us in a casual conversation about the history of Marietta, the progress that has been made and the current landscape and opportunities that exist.

Russell has spent his career at Walton Communities and has worked on many LIHTC projects as well as the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. He has worked on all phases of development, including construction, leasing, project management and design.

A light breakfast will be served.

The event is free, but please consider donating a canned good or other non-perishable item to help support Pantry on Church for our host, First Presbyterian Church.

Please park in the "West Parking Lot" and walk across the bridge to the front entrance.
