Celebrate the vibrant spirit of Carnaval with us on Sunday, April 27th, 2025, for an evening of Latin social dancing! 🎉 As we embrace the festive atmosphere of Carnaval, come dressed in your most colorful attire and you’ll be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a special prize.
🕓 Event Schedule:
Doors Open: 4:15 PM
Beginner Dance Lesson: 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM
The dance style varies each month.
Social Dancing: 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Join us in James Bay at 111 Superior Street, where we’ll be heating things up with Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and Merengue. Although song requests aren’t taken during the event, you’re welcome to share your favorite tunes in our WhatsApp community group beforehand, and we’ll consider them for our playlist.
🎟 Admission:
$15 for General Admission
$12 for Students with a valid ID
We accept debit, credit, or cash (cash preferred). Please note that a small fee applies for debit or credit transactions.
This event is open to everyone—no partner or previous dance experience is required. All ages, bodies, and abilities are warmly welcomed! Whether you’re dancing the night away or simply enjoying the Carnaval spirit, everyone is invited to be part of this vibrant community event. 💃🕺
💧 Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the evening.
📅 Monthly Events: This event is part of our ongoing series held on the last Sunday of every month from September to May. Make sure to mark your calendars!
As a community collective non-profit association, we truly value your continuous support. All funds are reinvested to improve the quality of our gatherings and to create even more memorable experiences for you. It costs approximately $4,000 to run basic events for the year, covering costs like insurance, permits, equipment, venue rentals, administration, and website maintenance.
