Lori Perez is the broker/owner of NextHome Stellar Realty, a culture-driven brokerage she built from the ground up after relocating to the area. With persistence, purpose, and a commitment to excellence, she established a strong local presence and a respected brand rooted in mentorship and service.
Backed by the national NextHome brand, Lori has created a space where agents receive hands-on mentoring, real support, and the freedom to grow businesses that align with who they are—without losing themselves in the process.
As a producing broker, Lori continues to work directly with buyers and sellers, staying connected to the market so she can lead, guide, and mentor from experience—not theory. She is a certified DPOR instructor, and her office also operates as a state-approved real estate school. With advanced education in pricing, negotiation, and representation, Lori is deeply committed to raising the bar for those she serves.
Her community involvement has played a vital role in her growth. She began by volunteering with the local Realtor association and Habitat for Humanity, which helped her build strong, early connections. She later joined the local builder’s association (FABA) as a Cornerstone Sponsor and task manager on the community service committee, as well as the Chamber’s Network of Enterprising Women (CNEW).
Today, Lori actively serves as the 2025 President-Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors and is a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run, a nonprofit focused on building confidence and connection in young girls.
With a strong foundation in place, her vision is to expand Stellar into a multi-office, culture-first brokerage that continues to serve other communities with integrity, impact, and heart.
