April Female Founders Connection Call

We warmly invite you, your colleagues, and your wider network to join us on Wednesday, 15th April 2026, as we bring together some of the inspiring women across our Eagle Labs community.

This session will connect female founders from our Eagle Labs network across the UK, creating an opportunity to strengthen relationships, share experiences, and celebrate the incredible work happening within our network.

• Facilitate meaningful connections between female founders across the Eagle Labs ecosystem.
• Create a supportive, relaxed, and safe environment for founders to openly share challenges and offer peer support.
• Encourage allyship—while this call is designed for female founders, we also welcome our supportive male colleagues and friends who wish to listen, learn, and champion the achievements of women in our community.

Our Guest this month is:- Georgie Lynskey founder of G&T (girls & tech)

Georgie Lynskey is the Founder of G&T (girls & tech!), a community-led platform amplifying the voice of women in tech, and G.Digital, a recruitment business specialising in diverse tech talent.

Since launching in 2020, Georgie has scaled G.Digital to seven figures without external investment. Alongside this, she has built a highly engaged community of over 100,000 women in tech through G&T, hosting large-scale events, focus groups, and initiatives designed to uncover what women in tech really want- and using those insights to help companies attract, retain, and empower female talent.

Her work sits at the intersection of community, insight, and hiring, with G&T generating over 1 million monthly impressions and reaching thousands through live events.

Georgie is passionate about closing the gender gap in tech and has been featured on BBC and Channel 4. She is a regular speaker on women in tech and inclusive hiring, has contributed at the House of Lords, and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme.
