This is a safe and sacred space designed to cultivate presence, clarity, and alignment. The experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and attune to the rhythm of the season through sacred plant allies, sound, and guided meditation.

We’ll work with Cacao and Hape to open the heart, ground the body, and anchor intention. As well as, an optional herbal ally is offered to support and deepen connection to self through expanded awareness.

Throughout the ceremony, a sound bath and guided meditation will accompany the journey, supporting release, integration, and alignment as you reflect and connect with your intentions.

This is an invitation to pause, reset, and move forward feeling centered, renewed, and aligned. I would be honored to hold this space for you. 🙏
