April Community Gathering: ROOT CHAKRA

Join us for our April Community Gathering: ROOT CHAKRA. We'll spend some time grounding and diving into the various aspects of the muladhara, or root, chakra. This energetic center is linked with the earth element, and associated with your ability to feel safe, secure and firmly rooted in your life. Being out of alignment in this area of your life can lead to stress, depression, lack of identity and more. We all deserve to feel safe and happy, and by better understanding all aspects of your energetic body, we can unlock the keys to becoming happier and healthier. We'll be diving into meditation, some grounding breathwork, and journaling and sharing to inspire conscious conversation. Bring a journal, if you have one, and wear something comfy. Bonus points for wearing red! Come home to yourself, find community, and maybe even learn something new. We hope to see you there. Free/by donation, as always.
