Get out and explore one of the hidden natural attractions on the trails of Havasu, guided by Coach Candis.We will meet at Charged Up Nutrition at 7:00 am (with departure at 7:15am) so we can hydrate before we carpool to the location. We anticipate being back to Charged Up Nutrition no later than 10:30 am.
Distance: Just under. 3.5 miles
Difficulty: Moderate
This trail will give us a rare glimpse into the world of bats as we head to the Havasu Bat Cave. As you approach the cave, you'll be greeted by the stunning desert landscape that surrounds it, dotted with unique rock formations and vibrant flora. This area is not just a haven for bats; it’s also a sanctuary for various wildlife species. It is recommended to wear a scarf or gaiter as the bat guano is prominent as you get closer to the cave.
