April and Monroe Grisman are lifelong residents and well-known musicians in the Marin County & San Francisco Bay Area music scene performing and recording both locally and nationally with numerous bands and artists as well as writing and producing their own music.
They are also partners in life for over 35 years raising their family together and both come from family legacies steeped in music and art.
However, it was not until recently that they began to write songs together for the first time.
This new chapter has been very productive as they have written and developed over 20 songs that express a myriad of feelings about their experiences, current events, and the people and things that they care about. Their songs are stylistically influenced by a broad mix of classic Americana, Soul, Reggae and Rock n’ Roll.
They now bring these songs to life with high energy live performances accompanied by their friends (some of the most talented local musicians in their own right) comprising the band and lending their soulful talents to the music.
A debut album is in the works to be released sometime in 2025.
