Join the adventure of capturing oral histories before the opportunity to do so has passed. Carrie O. E. Jeffery is going to inspire us to write down our stories or the stories of our parents. She will show us how she used a software program, Storyworth, to take the time consuming labour away from the beautiful task of recording her Dad’s life. Carrie: “I grew up in Appin, attended a vocational art school then had a career split between Marketing, Account Management and Interior Design. I lived in BC then moved back to the area, married and retired early. I spent the last two years capturing my father’s stories before his passing this past May.
