Our guest speaker is Michele Weisman, a Morgan’s Point Resort resident, author, and reporter for the Belton Journal. Michele will share “My Life as a Newspaper Reporter,” including how she entered the field, how assignments are given, and how she prepares for the stories she covers. She’ll also talk about memorable reporting experiences and how newspaper writing differs from writing a book.
We’ll meet at Sol de Jalisco, 1680 Morgan’s Point Road, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. Breakfast is self‑pay. The conversation and community are free.
