Event Registration Fees:

April 4th & 18th - $55

REMINDER: APRIL 11th IS THE 2026 WESTERN PINAL COUNTY BUSINESS EXPO. SEPARATE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT.

• Vendors must provide own tables and all tables must have cloth covers that cover 75% of table legs. Setups larger than 6 ft will be required to purchase additional space(s). Registration is non-refundable. Spaces will be assigned when you arrive at the event. Please do not set up prior to checking in.
• Direct marketing vendors email [email protected] for approval prior to registering. Only one reservation per direct marketing company will be permitted. Provide NAME, PRODUCT/COMPANY NAME & DATE OF EVENT. YOU WILL NOT GET REFUNDED IF YOU REGISTER BY "ACCIDENT"! (This only applies to direct marketing reps, for example Color Street/Pampered Chef/Lularoe/etc. If you are a crafter or small private business this step is not required.)
• FOOD VENDORS NOT PERMITTED
• DUE TO LIABILTY/SAFETY CONCERNS, SMALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 NOT PERMITTED IN VENDOR AREA
• POLITICAL PARTIES OR RELATED SALES BOOTHS ARE NOT PERMITTED
• Event time: 3:30pm - 7:30pm. Early departures not permitted.
• Standard setup window is 2:00pm - 3:30pm. Please email [email protected] to notify us if you will arrive for setup at 3:30pm or later.
• Spaces are assigned upon arrival and location requests will not be accepted.
• Vendors are asked to enter from the back of the entertainment center so as not to disrupt the Ak-Chin Circle main entrance.
• Vendors must unload their products/tables/etc and move their vehicle from the loading zone prior to setting up their space.
• STORAGE BINS THAT CANNOT BE HIDDEN UNDER TABLE MUST BE RETURNED TO VEHICLE
• Electricity is available for vendor use in most areas. Must provide own extension cord. Portable lights operated by battery is highly suggested!
