Let's start off the new year with this fun joint competition sparring practice for the students!! This practice is for competition team members only from the various Tae Kwon Do and martial arts schools. Please bring water and your sparring gear. The practice runs from 1:30-3:30 P.M. for all ages and ranks.
The address is 342 Union Street in Rockland, MA. There is parking in the parking lot and along Union and Pacific Street.
