Presented by Ray DorhoutJoin the Flushing Area Historical Society on April 20 for a fascinating look at the pharmacy history of Flushing, Michigan, from its earliest days to today. It’s a date many people notice on the calendar—so we thought it was the perfect time for a talk about pharmacy history 😉
Our speaker, Ray Dorhout, brings 45 years of experience in the pharmacy profession, including 30 years at Flushing’s Cherry Street Pharmacy. A Ferris State University graduate, Ray worked alongside his father, Raymond “Miles” Dorhout, continuing a multigenerational legacy of pharmacy service in our community. Today, he is the Pharmacy Manager at the Kroger Pharmacy in Flushing.
