Stitch a Catch-All Basket
April 11, 10a-1p $65
Turn beautiful fabric into something both fun and functional in this hands-on sewing workshop at Shore Marketplace. Join guest artist Renee Brown of Renee’s Stitch & Style School as she guides students through sewing a sturdy and stylish fabric Catch-All Basket using a sewing machine.
This beginner-friendly class is a great next step for students who have taken Sewing Machine Basics or have a little sewing experience. Along the way, students will practice machine stitching, learn about fabric placement and simple construction techniques, and gain confidence sewing a structured project.
By the end of class, you’ll head home with a finished fabric basket—perfect for organizing sewing supplies, craft materials, toys, or everyday odds and ends around the house.
Students may bring 1 yard of printed canvas and 1 yard of solid cotton fabric, or purchase a $15 fabric packet at the studio. Participants are welcome to bring their own sewing machine or use one available at the studio.
Cost: $65.00

By completing this registration and payment, you agree to knowingly and freely assume all risk of injury or harm, both known and unknown, even if arising from the environment or negligence of the property owner, instructor, or other and you assume full responsibility and risk for your participation.
· Any special needs seating or other arrangements must be requested in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
If you are registering for more than just yourself, you must make your guest aware of all the information included in this registration.
Tickets are only available through Shore Marketplace, with the above link or by calling to purchase a ticket. You must complete the ticket purchase, and you will receive a confirmation receipt.

Cancellation policy: You will receive a credit toward another SMP class by the artist teaching/ hosting the workshop you registered for, if he or she is notified of cancellation at least one week prior to class date, No Shows will not be credited or refunded. Any credits issued will need to be applied to a class within 6 months!
Classes canceled by the Host or SMP will be eligible for credit or refund.
