Join us for an Après-Ski inspired wine dinner that transports you from snowy peaks to cozy alpine tables. No lift ticket required. This intimate evening is all about great food, thoughtful wine, and the joy of sharing a table.We’ll be “skiing” from alp to alp, with each of 5 courses inspired by a different alpine region, from Mont Blanc to the Dolomites, to the Allgau and beyond. Each stop along the way features a seasonally driven dish paired with wines that reflect the spirit and terroir of the region.
We have two wine pairing tiers available:
Classic Pairing – a thoughtfully curated selection of wines with each course & the
Reserve Pairing – elevated, limited-production bottles for a deeper dive.
At its heart, this dinner is about creating community: slowing down, sharing exceptional food and wine, and making memories around the table. Think crackling chalet vibes, après-ski warmth, and the kind of night that reminds you why gathering over food matters.
